    Description

    Antique 1880's Pennsylvania Victorian scrapbook album filled with trade cards, greeting cards, and diecut advertising. Beautiful Aesthetic Movement cover and an interior with 37 leaves (74 pages), covered back to back save for ten blank sides, with a total of 176 items affixed. First leaf with previous owner's name penciled, Emma O. Fairlamb, along with date of 1882 and place name of Steelton, Pennsylvania. Amazing array of cards, with brilliant coloring. In very good condition overall - front cover strong with vivid color, some chipping to spine, general age toning, spotting and chipping to margins of leaves, confined mostly to the first quarter of the scrapbook. Book measures 11" by 9.5".
