1919 California Porcelain License Plate - Expired - Number On Star Matches Plate

On auction, we have an original 1919 California license plate. This is made of porcelain over metal. The "347203" numbers are in slightly raised blue. The star badge has "1919" and is lightly stamped "347203". This measures 13" wide, 4 1/2" high and weighs 15 ounces.
This is in excellent antique condition. It has the wear and patina you expect. This is in its original condition for you to choose to restore it, or not. As I am not an expert, please view my pictures for more description.
My friend who collects everything is moving to a smaller home and parting with some of his treasures.
