LGB 31340 RhB Rhaetian Railway MOW car, No. X9034, Brown, Box with Sleeve RARE!

For sale is a rare LGB 31340 Rhaetian Railway (RhB) Maintenance-of-Way (MOW) car, No. X 9034 in brown.  Like many other railroads, the Rhaetian Railway took some of its first generation passenger cars once they were obsolete and turned them into crew cars, works cars, etc.  The irony is that in so doing most of these cars survived to be fully restored to their original purpose and duty, now hauling passengers in historic train sets, while many of their sister cars were scrapped.  According to the "Kompendium" this model was made by LGB in 2006 - '07.  This was right around the time of the first bankruptcy when production became spotty and the future of the line was uncertain.  This model is in excellent condition.  As can be seen in the photographs, even the delicate "railing" pieces of the end platforms are undamaged, the doors open, and the gangway safety bars fold down and back up.  This has metal spoked wheels and the extra coupling hook and spring set.  As shown in the 9th photograph, the clear plastic shipping "tray" and the corresponding roof piece are just starting to yellow - perhaps from exposure to sunlight previous to my ownership, for this has been stored in a windowless closet.  The one upper corner of the box is slightly "crunched," as shown in the 10th photograph.  Further, I have added a protective sleeve.  This comes from a smoke-free home.  I can, to some degree, combine several purchases together to save on shipping - please contact me before paying, though.
