Pelikan 400 0lder-Green Striated/Black-Medium nib(1950's??)14Karat Nib

Green Striated with Black cap netc.. Nib says 14 karat. I think it is a Medium nib as it has an M on the piston grip. Just below that on the green striated part of the barrel it says Gunther Wagner Pelikan. Moving the pen across paper(with out ink) it felt smooth enough to me.
THIS PEN WILL NEED TO BE SERVICED AS IT DOES NOT TAKE INK/WATER.
I am not a Pelikan person and don't know much about this pen, it is in the exact condition I received it in. I purchased this item along with quite a few other pens, I have selected the ones that I wanted and am selling the rest. I attempted to research it on line and it appears to me to be an older Pelikan 400 from some point in the 1950's (I could be incorrect about this- So Please take that into account when considering this item for purchase). I did not see any cracks or breaks etc.. but it is entirely possible I could have missed something so again please take that into consideration as well. I tried to take descent pics so please use them to determine condition and value for yourself.
