RARE 1880s SCRAPBOOK 2 BALTIMORE ORIOLES SCORE CARDS 1887, DIE CUTS, HOLIDAY, ADS, ETC. This listing is for a vintage scrapbook from 1880s (no front cover or spine cover). First page reads: From My sister Lulu Francesca (Guthrie found on a play list in book), Hellen Road, Balt., MD. Inside are: 2 SCORE CARDS from 1887 that were glued to the page and some of the surface from each card is stuck to the page (paper scraps on page can possibly be removed and restored--see photos). Each card has exterior ads, One has Baltimore Orioles against the Cleveland Blues with Batting Order teams line-ups (Baltimore: Greenwood 2B, Purcell RF, Burns SS, Tucker 1B, Griffin CF, Sommer 3B, Daniels LF, Trott C, and Smith P ) Cleveland: Stricker 2B, McKean SS, Hotaling OF, Mann LF, Reccius 3B, Toy RF, Reipschlager 1B, Snyder C and Morrison P)  and the other has Baltimore against St. Louis Browns with team roster-see photo. Also included are colorful die cut papers, holiday cards, religious cards, black & white engravings, colorful French fashion plates, poems, folding fan (damage to base), dance cards, a Georgetown College 1883 Regulations Covering the Use of Private Rooms, play bills (school), a neat Manual of Panorama of Battle of Shiloh Chicago 1885 with fold-out diorama map, advertisements, etc. The book measures approx. 11-1/2" BY 9" and when packed SECURELY for shipping, the weight is 4 pounds 2 ounces.
