This is used but in great condition. This will NOT ship with the wood the tracks are attached to. It will be taken apart and shipped in the four sections it originally came in. Includes instructions to construct the wood backing. You will likely need to replace the metal ruler that is stuck to the top to calibrate with your setup. Every setup is different, so it this is closer or further from your saw the tape will need replaced. This is a standard replacement part easily available from Kreg.
