Sterling Silver Presentation Case

Description

This is a sterling silver decorated container/case in its original box.  As you can see from the engraving on the back, it was presented to Captain James A. Mulkern from The Thai Mapping Directory Committee.  The front is decorated in a black and gold design with what appears to be fighting elephants on the front. Condition is consistent with age. Please see pictures & judge condition for yourself. Photos are part of the overall visual description & condition. It weighs 8.1 oz.  The actual case measures approximately 6 3/4 inches long by 3 1/2 inches wide.  The box is approximately 8 inches long and 4 3/4 inches wide.  Pictures do not show it’s real beauty.
